Beta privacy information

GrantOS stores your email, password hash, profile, workspace memberships, saved sources, application notes, dates, amounts and tasks to provide the service. Application information is private to authorized workspace members.

We use authentication cookies for sign-in, hashed invitation and recovery tokens, and security records to protect accounts. Rate-limit identifiers are keyed hashes of email and network information. No advertising trackers are intentionally included.

Public grant pages and source excerpts are collected for discovery. They may be incomplete, outdated or unrelated to a grant. Verify requirements at the source. Public source records are separate from your private applications.

The hosted beta is intended to use Render for the app, Neon for the database and Google Gmail API for account emails, and GitHub Actions for scheduled discovery and encrypted backups. These services process the information needed for their functions. Local development may not use those providers yet.

Paid web research and AI enrichment are disabled for this beta. Private notes and application data are not sent to search or AI providers.

Workspace data is retained while your account is active unless you request deletion. The operator handles exports and deletion requests through support; retained encrypted backups expire on the documented backup rotation. Delivery providers maintain their own operational logs.
